The Potato Challenge

“What on Earth is the Potato Challenge?!” I hear you scream. Well…

Each group of students are given one potato and are tasked with trading this potato with unsuspecting members of the Cambridge public for interesting items. Whichever group comes back with the most interesting item/items wins the prize!

Sounds fun, right?!

Check out the fabulous items exchanged below!

P.S. The suitcase was the winner!

Other items found included a pizza, a subway sandwich and a minion…

Murder Mystery!

There’s been a murder!!

We recruited our private investigators to solve the mystery of this diabolical murder!

To begin the investigation, everyone thought of some questions that they would use to catch the suspects out. They then interrogated the suspects in Cambridge City Centre to gather further information. After all of this, the jury convened to decide the fate of the accused and reveal the murderer based on their investigation.

Everyone made sure justice was served!

T1 Lessons

Some Bananagrams to warm up at the beginning of class. Bananagrams is a game that really helps activate passive vocabulary, as well as being really fun.

Also in lesson, the students took part in a True/False exercise based on The Hunger Games. This exercise checked the students’ comprehension of a scene they had just watched furthering their understanding.

More to come direct from the classroom!
